Things are never as they seem…

Things are never as they seem. This picture is not a sunset but the view from Craggy Gardens in Asheville on Saturday night. It’s what the Northern Lights look like from afar down here in the South. So cool.

On Friday, I met with a dear client and friend who has serious PTSD; I have many clients who suffer with this. As there is an underlying sense of a lack of safety, people may bite or be abrupt. This may sometimes tip into what feels like meanness but is a form of self-protection.

Recently, I’ve been celebrating when I notice shifts. One, in particular, I don’t think I’ve ever celebrated or shared with you, so here goes!

This time, instead of engaging, trying to fix things, or trying to make my client feel better, I simply found neutrality. Sometimes I didn’t respond for days, or even weeks, and let it all breathe. I gave it space for higher levels to work it out. As always when there is spaciousness, it all comes back around to love.

Ukraine…what you can do.

Ukraine…what you can do.

There has been so much going on and I have been watching my heart hurt a little. I’ve seen so many posts asking, “Why?” “Why would such a thing as war even exist, and how could that happen in the world with so many waking up?

The Unknown is my friend…

The Unknown is my friend…

Sweet Adam M Lamb has done an incredible job of creating our new interview and podcast studio downstairs. The coolest part of it was that I got to put the finishing touches on the special room by hanging two beautiful pictures by our friend, Lisa Winston.

I am also vigilant for blessings. I truly feel blessed. Of course, crappy things absolutely happen to me as well… I just call them suboptimal things. I find it helps me to use less “judgy” language. It keeps me neutral.

Falling in love with the unknown…

Feeling tired, out of sorts, sleepless, not able to keep my eyes open, being “off,” having poor concentration, and achiness were all in the cards for me this week. Why? Because solar flares are real, and we are magnetic and electrical beings. We have receptor sites for synchrotronic radiation from the sun on the outside of our cells.

My new favorite word saved my life!

My new favorite word saved my life!

You know how sometimes you just feel that a lot of change is happening? Well right now that is happening with my Team, in my business, in the world, my relationship, menopause, and for sure with this book going on.

I have spent the last eight months writing this book, and years moving through its creation, and now it’s time to let it come to life on its own. Completing it is definitely letting life know that I am up for what is next, because what is next is showing up everywhere. It’s a lot. My first response is to try to control it. Have you ever felt that way?

Grateful. Scare-cited. Heart full, and a magical conversation…

Grateful. Scare-cited. Tingles. Heart full. Feeling all the feels as this book comes alive. What a journey it has been.

Have you noticed that it’s so easy to get overwhelmed when the environment of the world at large is shifting so quickly, and there is so much contrast? I’ve felt it myself, and recently have had to do quite a bit more to stay grounded.

I want to share with you Day 6 of our 12 Days of Living UNSTUCK. Day 6 was all about What in the World is Going on with the World? In this video, we talked about creating bridges that are inspired by events in life that we don’t desire. The more quickly we let the polarity in life inspire new ideas, the more fluid life gets.

I’m so over it!

I have goosies almost every morning when I wake up now. I have for all of January. I’m also watching myself feeling a little vulnerable, as the time to let this book-baby see the light of day approaches. It is a piece of me now.

Giving birth much? Happy New Year…

Giving birth much? Happy New Year…

I spent the weekend of New Years by the light of our fire, together with Adam, examining what I am willing to settle for in my life. These past several years have caused me to examine what is simply not tolerable anymore, either for me in the world or in my life.

An absolute must for New Year’s… fire yourself!

I fire everyone from TWA (including myself)… but don’t freak out. There is a method in the madness, and it has to do with the New Year.

We have a crazy ritual we do at TWA, where I fire everyone at least once per year. “WHAT?,” you say? Yep!

Happy Solstice… and something to complete this year.

Happy Solstice… and something to complete this year.

In this weekly message, I had a strong sense that we are being asked to relate, individually and collectively, to 2022 in a way that brings us across the bridge further to finding true fulfillment and meaning, while being the piece of the puzzle that we were born to be.

That perhaps we could do a Winter (or Summer, if you are in the southern hemisphere) Solstice reset exercise. The same one we did on our Be² call for December.

Working hard?

Working hard?

I was chatting with a dear friend who asked the question, “When will the ‘bad days’ end?As soon as I “awaken”, everything will be alright, right?

It is so easy, when there are challenges around us, to focus on the aspects of life that are not working (or so we perceive). I am not saying this from a place of being an all-knowing guru, but from someone going through menopause and noticing how easy it is to collect evidence of what is “not” working when your hormones are all over the place.

One word. Exponentiate.

One word. Exponentiate.

We are in this together, in ways that we cannot see. If we pay close attention, we can feel it to be true.

Last week during Flight School, there were so many different examples of how the group “did” each other, if you know what I mean. Although my ability to holographically see helps the container to keep in flow, the exponential results we saw were because each person truly leaned into the other as a group, like a microcosm of what is possible for the macrocosm of society. It was about the group coming together in the greater understanding of our connection, and then letting them/ourselves be facilitated by the love and passion of the collective human group and supporting cast in the “field.”

Did you know that in Canada it is Remembrance Day today? I thought to myself, Remembrance Day is such a beautiful name for a special day. I remember when speaking in churches and synagogues all over the world, the words “never forget” were posted in significant places throughout.

For me, and maybe you, too, I was also made well aware of what a good, productive person does by church, school and through my family. I also had many incidents that taught me why I might not be worthy or enough.

Oh, I surprised myself big time!

Oh, I surprised myself big time!

Once upon a time, I was teaching a Get Out of Your Own Way™ course in a land far, far away (in Stouffville, Ontario, LOL).

We were in a big circle in a room with 20-foot windows, in the forest with 20 other journeyers. I asked the question, “Why are you here?”, and we heard from each participant until we got to the 19-year-old who asked me, “Why ARE YOUUUU here?” in Get Out.

Why some people don’t see movement as much as others…

What was interesting was that when it got really steep, she seemed to lose control and get really scared. We happened to be on the same hill, because I caught up to her on a particularly steep part, and she was doing big broad turns and then basically falling on her butt in order to stop her forward momentum.
