When is someone available to speak to me in person?

Our office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

How do you ship products?

The product from your paid order is shipped to any Canadian destination by Canpar courier. Shipment is made on Tuesday and Thursday of each week, for next day delivery in Ontario. Other provinces may take one or two days longer. Product being shipped to United States or any other country is sent by Canada Post. U.S. deliveries normally take 5 business days, while shipping time is longer for other countries.

Is expedited shipping possible?

You can contact our office form 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to find out if there are any expedited shipping options for your area.

How can I join the Newsletter Mailing List?

Simply log onto our website www.thewideawakening.com and submit your name and e-mail address in the section provided at the top right on the home page. You will receive an e-mail to opt into the program. When you reply to authorize, you will begin receiving The Wide Awakening Weekly Newsletter.

I haven't received my Newsletter in a while, what now?

Please submit your questions using the form with your full name, email address, and the date that your last Newsletter was received.

Billing FAQs

When I register for a course online, with a payment plan, how do I make my subsequent payments?

Your subsequent payments will automatically be processed with the credit card information you provided, on the same date the next month and each month there after until the payment plan is complete.

How will I know when the payment plan is complete?

Payment will no longer be processed. A paid invoice is sent to your e-mail address, each time a payment is processed.

How is product shipped?

Refund Policy

Your refund request will be reviewed. Please Note ** The deposit amount (first monthly installment) of any program, trip or event is non-refundable and non-transferable. (See TWA’s Refunds and Cancellations and Late Payment Fees Policy on our website.) Any approved refunds are processed using the original purchase transaction. It may take a few days to show up in your credit card or PayPal account. An e-mail is sent to you confirming when your refund has been processed.

Change payment method?

Please call our office during business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET or leave a voice mail message to advise of payment method change. If advising by e-mail, please send three e-mails with your new credit card information

How to use coupon code?

Please enter the coupon code exactly as advised (it is case sensitive) where you see promo code on the website. Please ensure the applicable cost deduction appears, before continuing to process your online order.
