Taking your health for granted

“We change. The time of life changes!
Our priorities change and our biochemistry responds in kind.
Embodiment is the way.

If youre reading this, the chances are youre a visionary and you may not even realize it. Don’t think of it as a big deal, it isn’t; it’s just that youre inspired to listen to your heart, build bridges and find more intimacy with others, and in life. Youre making the contributions you were born to do. So you and I need a body.

In 2023, the subject of the body telling all and then it being taken for granted, is a big one for me.

I’ve had a pretty strong body for most of my life. As I’m moving through my 50s, I’m aware that I’ve been taking my body for granted. What my body is asking for now is not the same as when I was in my 30s, although my personality certainly wishes it was, as that would be easy.

I’ve noticed that I need to move every day to be able to sleep well; to keep my back happy, I must do ab work consistently; certain foods definitely cause joint pain and hot flashes (red meat, dairy, coffee and sugar).

I try to do kind things for my body, too, like having massages, going to a chiropractor when needed, eating better than many people and drinking lots of water but often these things have been more of an afterthought.

I don’t know about you, but I have many important and inspired visions that involve inspired solutions for big problems in this world! My heart feels called forward big time. In the past, the little brat inside me would kick and scream when my body wouldn’t respond in the ‘regular’ way, but we change. The time of life changes! Our priorities change and our biochemistry responds in kind.

NO EXCEPTIONS, and I know my body never lies to me.

My body has been my most consistent guide. Achieving results in the youthfulness, flexibility and vitality that I seek will simply be because of an up-leveling, in small ways, from what I currently do.

This vehicle is sacred as it carries me through our 3D world, and I refuse to be angry at my body for communicating how I’ve been off, or not listening. I revere that level of truth telling. So, I started to be curious, asking it to tell me more. I don’t want to be in the dark. I will adjust because my dreams, the contributions that I can make that fulfill my soul, and the future that is calling me far outweigh a few adjustments to my lifestyle.

What I HAVE REALIZED is that the more I EMBODY MYSELF AND ALL MY SPLINTERED ASPECTS (parts that I compromised away to stay safe or perceptively in control), the more I know that the body is the key, holding the secrets to my ability to flourish.

We are doing a 3-DAY INTENSIVE on EMBODIMENT, February 23-25. It’s exciting and it’s going to fill up fast. Stay tuned to find out more …..

This is where I‘m starting my 2023. How about you? Are you taking your body for granted, trying to control it instead of listening to it? Are you present enough to what is calling your heart that the changes needed have no resistance for you?

I’d love you to share what you feel about this on our Facebook Playground or in Agents of Awakening.

At the start of this fresh new year, I just wanted to shake the tree and see what fruit comes forward!

With love,
Jennifer

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

The paradigm for prosperity is shifting and the laws of physics give me great hope, here’s why!

Most of us aren’t present to the shifts happening around us because we’re so distracted by the noise.

Globally, wars, political differences, media streaming, fear-based rhetoric, and divisive communications create polarity. Simultaneously, that polarity and struggle is birthing ideas being acted upon by the younger generation as it sits in the ‘dark matter’ of consciousness, waiting in the sub-atomic spaces to be birthed!

Metaphysically speaking, for every problem there is already an existing solution as it’s part of how the Universe stays in balance.

Should we only do things that ‘feel good’?

Well, you might be surprised to hear me say absolutely not.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not about deliberately forcing ourselves to do things that feel awful.

It’s just that I hear so many people saying… “only do it if it feels good”.

Here’s the issue with that:

Fear does an interesting thing to our brains

Fear does an interesting thing to our brains.

I was listening to a brilliant podcast a few days ago which my husband reminded me about. Although they didn’t talk about this specifically, it struck me how important it is to understand how our brains work. In understanding this, I’m able to follow my knowing and feel connected to clarity, instead of being manipulated by noise which can only happen if I’m in fear; it’s so easy to be in fear these days, don’t you think?

Fight or flight creates an interesting shift in the brain causing us to relate to those who disagree with our viewpoint as the “other”, and there are those who want to manipulate others in order to protect themselves.
