Groundhogs and love winning!

“We are made of atoms that create things
while swimming in a cosmic sea of change.
You can kick and scream or you can just ride the waves.

There’s a groundhog under my front porch. He is adorable. How do I know that? I just saw him for the first time yesterday after his being under there for a year.

Hmmmmm. Deeper meaning of groundhog energy? Dig deep. Watch what’s going on inside of you. Pay attention. Let love win.

Last week (the week of the full moon), and this week (the week of the Equinox), happened in divine timing with the groundhog. Both are about letting go of the old and moving into the new. These shifts are environmental, and we swim in the soup of these real changes. Our bodies, pineal glands and hormones are affected by both. Even biologically we are being called into another level of integrity, letting more of ourselves out and letting it rip with our goals, dreams and communication. Uh, and “we” includes me as well. Ha ha! Big time, in this case.

What came up for you? What’s poking its head above ground? What’s asking for your attention? Where do you need to ask for help?

I had just finished a weekend with a dear genius friend, writing a book together, which activated a new kind of “druid like” communion where words weren’t necessary (cool), then speaking to a wicked tantra teacher about intimacy with myself even more and being in full pu**y-power (way cool), followed by a huge conversation in a world-changing project about health care of which I am a part, and healed a 2.5-year-old wound much more fully. Moving through all of it took community and it took LETTING LOVE OF MY DREAMS AND MYSELF to win.

We matter. Your life matters. I matter (even to the groundhog LOL!).

Then the groundhog that has been invisible showed up for me in the middle of moving through all of this stuff. Dig deep, he said. Be vigilant, he said. Notice every little thing, he said, because nothing is happening by mistake for you.

With all that is going on in the world right now, it is even more important that we pay attention to how we filter life, how vulnerable we allow ourselves to be with others, and the assistance we need to get there. I have three guides right now, helping me to grow bigger than the last vestiges of my fears/insecurities/misunderstandings, so that I can lead in times of great change.

Don’t be alone. Don’t think these are normal times; they aren’t. Don’t think you can handle it, when there is community all around you that contains people who care, and would love to support you.

To that end, if you haven’t been in Agents of Awakening yet, you can still join for two weeks, at no charge. There is so much there to support you: Get Out of Your Own Way™ recordings, past Monthly BE² calls (they are awesome), and you can join with Soul Family that already gets you, to make the world a better place. There are also our weekly questions to dive deeper, our daily Activations, and you can ask me or the Team questions anytime.

Let love (of others AND YOURSELF) WIN. Let YOU matter.

With love,
Jennifer

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

The paradigm for prosperity is shifting and the laws of physics give me great hope, here’s why!

Most of us aren’t present to the shifts happening around us because we’re so distracted by the noise.

Globally, wars, political differences, media streaming, fear-based rhetoric, and divisive communications create polarity. Simultaneously, that polarity and struggle is birthing ideas being acted upon by the younger generation as it sits in the ‘dark matter’ of consciousness, waiting in the sub-atomic spaces to be birthed!

Metaphysically speaking, for every problem there is already an existing solution as it’s part of how the Universe stays in balance.

Should we only do things that ‘feel good’?

Well, you might be surprised to hear me say absolutely not.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not about deliberately forcing ourselves to do things that feel awful.

It’s just that I hear so many people saying… “only do it if it feels good”.

Here’s the issue with that:

Fear does an interesting thing to our brains

Fear does an interesting thing to our brains.

I was listening to a brilliant podcast a few days ago which my husband reminded me about. Although they didn’t talk about this specifically, it struck me how important it is to understand how our brains work. In understanding this, I’m able to follow my knowing and feel connected to clarity, instead of being manipulated by noise which can only happen if I’m in fear; it’s so easy to be in fear these days, don’t you think?

Fight or flight creates an interesting shift in the brain causing us to relate to those who disagree with our viewpoint as the “other”, and there are those who want to manipulate others in order to protect themselves.
