Happy Solstice… and something to complete this year.

Happy post Solstice, full moon, Christmas, Channuka, holidays, New Year and apparent global evolution! (Other than that, there’s nothing much going on, right?)

In this weekly message, I had a strong sense that we are being asked to relate, individually and collectively, to 2022 in a way that brings us across the bridge further to finding true fulfillment and meaning, while being the piece of the puzzle that we were born to be.

That perhaps we could do a Winter (or Summer, if you are in the southern hemisphere) Solstice reset exercise. The same one we did on our Be² call for December.

(Be² is a monthly call we do with people from around the world through our Agents of Awakening community.)

There are actually steps to integrating everything that has happened in 2021, being proficient and effective at catalyzing and fully integrating with what is next for your life and this world in 2022. The Solstice is a perfect time to make that shift in energy. Here is the exercise from Be² . I just completed mine. Your turn!

1. It’s so important to acknowledge what we can celebrate for this year, AND the direction on which those accomplishments are sending you. In other words, also write a celebration of the future trajectory of that thing you are celebrating.

For example, I love that I finished my book; so excited. Perfect editors, friends and family along for the ride. ANNNNNDDDDD, I love that my next book will be so much easier, and I know exactly who I want to work with to create it! I can’t wait for all the people I will meet!!

2. NOW YOU ARE GONNA THINK I MIGHT BE A BIT OFF MY ROCKER FOR THIS ONE: based on the laws of physics, I’m gonna suggest that you also write down at least three ‘sub-optimal’ things that happened this year. WHY? Because every time there is a problem, there are also thousands of solutions instantaneously launched in physics. Your focus for this solstice exercise is not on what went supposedly “wrong;” it’s what got catalyzed by what went wrong, that you are GOING TO BE ABLE TO CELEBRATE NEXT YEAR! What? Yes!

For example, my parents are in their 80s and, so far this year, I have visited them only once. I miss my family in Canada, and wish I could see them more. My Mom doesn’t like all the polarity in the world right now; I think it hurts her heart, and it’s tough for me to see. ANNNNNNND, I find myself so inspired, for the weeks and months to come, to make sure they know how much I love them in more creative ways. I truly know that people are waking up at an epic pace, and I am so imagining that news shows will start featuring the people who are doing crazy good in the world. I am going to love sharing those stories more with my Mom and Dad.

See how it goes? What if every time something suboptimal happened, you not only felt the sadness or upset, but you ALSO allowed yourself to imagine what is being catalyzed by Greater Consciousness, because of the contrast?

Happy Solstice, Holidays, Christmas, New Year’s, and whatever it is that you are celebrating.

Make it meaningful, and filled with what would feed your soul.

With love,
Jennifer

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

The paradigm for prosperity is shifting and the laws of physics give me great hope, here’s why!

Most of us aren’t present to the shifts happening around us because we’re so distracted by the noise.

Globally, wars, political differences, media streaming, fear-based rhetoric, and divisive communications create polarity. Simultaneously, that polarity and struggle is birthing ideas being acted upon by the younger generation as it sits in the ‘dark matter’ of consciousness, waiting in the sub-atomic spaces to be birthed!

Metaphysically speaking, for every problem there is already an existing solution as it’s part of how the Universe stays in balance.

Should we only do things that ‘feel good’?

Well, you might be surprised to hear me say absolutely not.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not about deliberately forcing ourselves to do things that feel awful.

It’s just that I hear so many people saying… “only do it if it feels good”.

Here’s the issue with that:

Fear does an interesting thing to our brains.

I was listening to a brilliant podcast a few days ago which my husband reminded me about. Although they didn’t talk about this specifically, it struck me how important it is to understand how our brains work. In understanding this, I’m able to follow my knowing and feel connected to clarity, instead of being manipulated by noise which can only happen if I’m in fear; it’s so easy to be in fear these days, don’t you think?

Fight or flight creates an interesting shift in the brain causing us to relate to those who disagree with our viewpoint as the “other”, and there are those who want to manipulate others in order to protect themselves.
