Freedom to Be The Change

“Bridges are built from bricks made of catalyzed passion… righteousness and fear catalyze the heart of the bridge builder. Compassion creates the bridge’s infrastructure, or it could break and fall down. You know the bridge is complete when peace is the result when you get to the other side.”

Dear You:

Isn’t it easy to react when we see something we know doesn’t feel true to our hearts?
Goodness knows there’s been lots of opportunity for you and me to do that the past many weeks.

I just finished responding to a person on Facebook, who was so angry about anyone who didn’t hold his views. I agreed with some of his points, but then I felt his judgments… I asked him if he was committed to his position, or committed to harmony. His answer was ‘his position.’

On our team call today, one of the members asked about people who lump certain groups together; “liberals,” religions, preferences, and so on. How do we deal with this? My response was that there is a much deeper question. That is, “Are we going to worry about a very small minority who polarize, judge and believe media, or are we going to build bridges as option number 2?” (i.e., find solutions based on commonalities and energize those?). By the way, asking this powerful question also works in your family, in politics, in your community, or anywhere. Some may join you, and others may not join you, on that journey. Stay doggedly focused on the ones who will.

Freedom is that which allows us to speak our truths and to build bridges as we connect with others, without a care regarding the judgments of others.

So, how do we do this?

Watch here…

With an open heart,

Freedom to Be The Change

Hey! It’s Jennifer, and I want to share something today that is really inspired by, first of all, the rainbow that my sweetie, Adam, and I saw this morning as the sun was coming up here in North Carolina. Second, it is inspired by something we were talking about that Jacob Norby shared on Blessed Are the Weird, about coming from the heart and speaking our truth, and in witnessing the powerful Million Women March. I’m sure there were way more than a million women, SO powerfully, speaking a deeper truth. Every woman probably having her own particular truth, along with the men, too, because I really don’t believe that the entire march was about women in particular. I really think, and feel, and I’m sure you felt as well, that the conversation was about freeing compassion and kindness in the world. It was about Activating compassion and kindness.

There are a few things that come to mind, as February 2nd in the United States is National Freedom Day, about freeing people from slavery I’ll add into that freedom from the slavery of our own minds, holding us back from expressing our hearts, which is what Jacob Norby was saying. As Adam and I were walking, Adam was sharing with me that we enslave ourselves to keep our hearts locked up, because we don’t want to be seen, don’t want to be judged; we don’t want to be suppressed again. As if the pain of suppression, or oppression, is worth just not saying anything; but that’s not true. You see, I’m thinking of the Catalysts in this world. The Catalysts, as I’ve said before, are the people of this world (in relationships, in love, including political leaders), who are either Inspirations and Connectors, what I like to call “The Ones”… or, they’re Catalysts. They enable us to come into our hearts, and we are catalyzed enough to come back to ourselves. It catalyzes us enough to actually, finally, speak out what our heart is saying, without worry that anyone will judge.

So, is there anything wrong with a Catalyst that causes us to come back into our hearts? Absolutely not! In fact, in an odd way, Catalysts are even freeing themselves, because usually what has them being triggered, or disconnected from themselves, is everything that happened to them as a child; everything that happened to them in another life, and oddly enough, if they truly have a venue in order to speak their pain, whether they know they’re speaking their pain or not. If they have a venue to be able to say hurtful or inconsiderate or unkind things, they have a venue to do things that are not inclusive, and non-collaborative. The funny thing is, that all comes from a place of trying to get their power back, and interestingly enough, if we all get to be on the other side of those non-collaborative, uncompassionate things, then what happens to us is we call them back. If we feel it enough, we march, and if we feel it enough, we come back into our hearts. And if we truly, truly allow ourselves to be affected by those Catalysts, oddly enough, we change the world around them such that, if you believe in other lives, they get to come back into a world that’s more compassionate because of what they catalyzed. Maybe that was their agreement before they go there; that they would be pained enough and cause enough dissonance that they would assist in changing the world. And, eventually none of us would have to live in the kind of pain that would cause that kind of behavior.

So, my Dears, that’s my perspective on freedom. It’s the freedom to be whomever you want. But, in the end, freedom, we have to understand, can catalyze that freedom for you to be big change, because, ultimately the heart wins, and ultimately the heart “trumps” all of it. We get to have love win, but it requires a Catalyst, and then it requires us speaking up at this point in our shifts; in the future, as we all come into our hearts and resonate together, guess what?… we have the freedom to just create upon Creation together, and collaborate and do what we were designed to do, to be that Heaven on Earth Creation Crew. I’m so glad you’re on the Heaven on Earth Creation Crew with me, at this time, when we’re all alive to cause this big bridge to a different world. To everyone who marched, on that beautiful Saturday, the 21st, I’m just sending you so much love: to everyone who didn’t understand, remember the words of St. Francis, “Seek to understand.” Include everyone; don’t feel you need to be divisive to those who don’t understand. Find a way to build a bridge; that’s why we’re alive right now.

Alright…so looking forward to our next message! Love to all, thank you to Blessed Are The Weird, and my dear sweetie of The Inspired Masculine, Adam, and all the women who marched, and this beautiful Valentine’s coming up in a couple of weeks! [Blows Kiss] Talk to you soon!

Stay with me on this…

‘Or betters’ present frequently when we simply remember ourselves as the embodied intention of everything we’ve ever lived in any life. They manifest when we remember our free will to choose, realizing our trajectory is the result of every past life, every desire, and every prayer you have ever prayed.

‘Or betters’ happen when you live like control is overrated. Understanding the resources of the omnipotent and omniscient Creation will deliver for you so far beyond anything your lovely (please don’t hate me) pea brain can intend is key. Your brain only accesses your history, the programs you learnt in school and paradigms you’ve created through the years, and who wants to ‘rinse and repeat’ that again?

Your greater Wisdom is constantly dancing with the trajectory you are on. You’re a living intention, without ever needing to use your brain to intend. Infinite Wisdom is in a dance with you, responding to your every thought and, perhaps ever more, to your actions. It’s responding to your life’s purpose. The thing is, you can’t mentally intend your way to an awesome life.

My two favorite words…

When our actions resonate with our purpose and we’re aligned with the Universe’s potential for us, it’s such an expansive feeling.

The feeling of expansiveness validates you are in flow.

The alignment with greater wisdom is translated through our body as feelings of ‘woo hoo’, ‘yes!’, goosebumps, or fun! It’s confirmation that we’re acting and thinking in line with our ‘highest and best’ life, using our skills and personality, creating in the most aligned way.

Being Happy 101

Being Happy 101

Being Happy 101 – With the next Flight School (our nine-month program) about to start, I’m aware of some pretty powerful insights about my own life, ten of them in fact!

One: Reacting to circumstances definitely leads to drama. Drama always takes me out of my knowing, distracting me from my connection with Innate Wisdom.

Two: My happiness absolutely cannot come from circumstances changing. My happiness must be accessible, regardless of circumstances. It cannot be dependent on how the world is, how the people in my life behave, or an expectation that everything should be perfect. Everything is becoming which, by definition, means it isn’t perfect.

Three: It’s not my job to carry the weight of the world. My job is to show up in love and compassion. It’s not my job to make other people happy but rather to learn to be grounded in my heart. It’s not my job to protect my heart but to emanate from the heart.
