5 WAYS TO DEAL
Oh, we’re on a roller coaster ride of upgrades in the last week in my world…how about you? Time to be letting go of the old, and bringing in the new…amazing…….. Everything that is incongruent with who you really are, is showing itself to come up and leave. Here are some ways to have it be fluid…and not affect your world so much….
- Call the ride fascinating rather than scary
- Come 30,000 feet up, and watch the journey
- Remember it is all coming up to leave, not to analyze
- Be in nature, it immerses you in the harmony that is our own nature
- Doing nothing is doing something….sometimes you are being called to integrate……stop putting pressure on yourself to be in doing mode………and when your instincts tell you to slow down…….know that SOMETIMES GOING SLOW IS PART OF GOING FAST………
