Creating a Thriving Life

Understanding the Foundation: You Are Designed to Thrive

First and foremost, it’s crucial to understand that thriving isn’t a luxury—it’s your birthright. We’ve been conditioned to survive, but our natural state is one of overflow and abundance. Just like how an oak tree is destined to grow tall and mighty, you are destined to live a life filled with purpose and fulfillment.

Step 1: Transcend Limiting Beliefs instead of Working Hard on Them

We all have internal narratives that hold us back. These stories often stem from societal conditioning, past experiences, and self-doubt. Here’s a powerful exercise to help you identify and release these limiting beliefs:

Exercise: The Struggle Detox
  • Oh, it’s not what you think – what if instead of writing them all of the beliefs that you feel are in your way, write down what you do know that you believe that feels really great. What are the characteristics you have that work for you?
  • Now that you have that – write down all of the tasks that you might do in a day, and grade them with an E (gives you energy), F (you have fun doing them) or G (you are great at doing that task). When you have EFG, you have fulfillment, it’s that simple. The tasks you do will match the great beliefs you have for yourself.
  • The Laws of Physics – When you align your tasks with your beliefs about yourself, things actually start to flow because of the Laws of Physics that require you to have EFG in order to really be receptive to results that will rock your world in love, time, money, communication and all the good things.

Step 2: Cultivate Alignment and Flow

To truly thrive, we must align our actions with our deepest desires and values. This alignment creates a state of flow where life feels effortless and joyful. Here’s how to cultivate this:

Exercise: The Evidence Journal
  • Evidence Journal: At the end of the day, start to journal any and all evidence that life has your back, that good things happened, that better-than-expected results do come your way. This Evidence journal quiets that little voice that wants to collect evidence for what isn’t working.
  • Be Consistent – I have to tell you that going to bed with Evidence for the “or betters” has been a life changer for me. I wake up in the same energy.

Step 3: Embrace the Power of Quantum Productivity

Quantum productivity is about achieving more with less effort by harnessing the power of flow and alignment. It’s not about working harder, but about working smarter. Here’s a fun way to tap into this power:

Exercise: The Pomodoro Dance
  • Set a Timer: Work in focused bursts of 25 minutes (a technique known as the Pomodoro Technique). During this time, give your full attention to a single task.
  • Dance Break: When the timer goes off, take a 5-minute break and dance to your favorite song. This not only re-energizes you but also keeps you in a high-vibration state.
  • Repeat: Continue this cycle, allowing yourself to stay productive and joyful throughout the day.

The Day I Quantum Leaped My Life

Let me share a personal story. There was a time when I felt stuck in a job that didn’t fulfill me. I knew I was meant for more but didn’t know how to break free. One day, I decided to apply the principles from “Unstuck.” I started with the Belief Detox, challenging the notion that I wasn’t good enough to pursue my dreams. Then, I aligned my daily actions with my passion for helping others.

I took quantum leaps in my productivity, using the Pomodoro Dance to stay focused and joyful. Before long, I found myself tripling my business, which not only fulfilled me but also allowed me to thrive in my relationships because I had an overflow of energy.

I have to tell you, these steps were so simple….and every bone in my body said “noooooo, I just wanna be comfortable”. But the way I was living life definitely was not going to have me be the person that could contain the future that I imagined.

Final Thoughts: Your Journey to a Thriving Life

Dear heart-centered leader, soulful professional, and type-A bad-ass seeker, remember that thriving is your natural state. By recognizing that cultivating alignment, and embracing quantum productivity, you not only wake up more inspired, but you really do have an effect on the people that matter to you and make the world a better place. Not just your own.

Couldn’t’ we use a little of that?

So, let’s make a pact today—to step out of our own way and step into the fullness of who we are meant to be. The world is waiting for your light. Let it shine brightly!

With love and alignment,

I’ve been feeling funny lately… how about you?

Interestingly, many sensitive individuals I know, and even some who don’t consider themselves sensitive, have shared with me that they’ve been feeling a bit off lately. It’s like there’s something in the air, but they can’t quite identify it. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt this way; I also experienced it after the big solar eclipse in April.

Often, the things that affect me aren’t as obvious as arguments with my partner or the neighbor cutting down trees. Consider that the changes in our world, the wars, conspiracy theories, and the pervasive fear create an environment of unrest. Even if you didn’t watch the debate in the United States, and even if politics isn’t your concern, I assure you, it’s impacting the collective human environment.

Worthiness. I spent a good portion of my childhood trying to be enough.

How about you?

Every time you seek to prove your worth, you are coming from a place that presumes that you’re somehow lacking.

You were literally an etheric metaphysical being, who poured into a body in perfect timing. You are a meat suit flying through space at 55,000 miles per hour while miraculously housing a soul and spirit. You witness sunsets, mountain tops, births, deaths. You breathe the air that trillions of trees breathe out just for you!
