Why we teach what we teach…

“Are we waking up to ourselves, or are our “true” selves waking us up from within? What if that level of freedom, direct connection, and expansive prosperity has always been there; our birthright? What if it wasn’t so much work?”
~ Jennifer Hough

I love having philosophical conversations with my parents; they feel the shifts, too (how cool). I have a question, though: what if this is not something that we have to learn, what if it’s something we are being called to remember?

The way we have done it in the past is to excavate the beliefs that haven’t worked by trying to analyze them. What if we made the goal of our lives to re-remember our magnificence, which is more like exercising an atrophied muscle? Wouldn’t that mean that happiness was no longer somewhere to get, but rather imminent and right in front of our faces?

I don’t know about you, but it’s getting pretty old, analyzing the daylights out of my past, excavating old beliefs, and doing long processes to manifest things. I mean, after all, we’re either going to believe other people about who we are; or, simply remember that we were Infinite Wisdom’s idea!

Once I remembered that, all I wanted to do was play! Nothing left to prove. Yep, that’s why we teach what we teach.

Love,

Being Happy 101

Being Happy 101

Being Happy 101 – With the next Flight School (our nine-month program) about to start, I’m aware of some pretty powerful insights about my own life, ten of them in fact!

One: Reacting to circumstances definitely leads to drama. Drama always takes me out of my knowing, distracting me from my connection with Innate Wisdom.

Two: My happiness absolutely cannot come from circumstances changing. My happiness must be accessible, regardless of circumstances. It cannot be dependent on how the world is, how the people in my life behave, or an expectation that everything should be perfect. Everything is becoming which, by definition, means it isn’t perfect.

Three: It’s not my job to carry the weight of the world. My job is to show up in love and compassion. It’s not my job to make other people happy but rather to learn to be grounded in my heart. It’s not my job to protect my heart but to emanate from the heart.

What if all the beliefs that you adhere to aren’t even yours?

What if all the beliefs that you adhere to aren’t even yours?

Something happened this week that was such a great reminder to remain humble, and know that we are all human. It also reminded me that we are all human and any beliefs that anyone is better than you or I, are simply old beliefs.

This week I was on a beautiful cheer-fest for Money and You with my dear friend Doria Cordova with well-known thought leaders from all over the world. It was a privilege to be included.

The leaders that have taken Money and You are all incredibly humble and so smart…..and you probably know their names; Jack Canfield, Ken Honda just to name a few.

And, there was a leader who was there that behaved a little differently than the others. He also did not exude the humility of the rest. And I realized that he had stuck beliefs and was being righteous, and that I had beliefs about how he should be.

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

The paradigm for prosperity is shifting and the laws of physics give me great hope, here’s why!

Most of us aren’t present to the shifts happening around us because we’re so distracted by the noise.

Globally, wars, political differences, media streaming, fear-based rhetoric, and divisive communications create polarity. Simultaneously, that polarity and struggle is birthing ideas being acted upon by the younger generation as it sits in the ‘dark matter’ of consciousness, waiting in the sub-atomic spaces to be birthed!

Metaphysically speaking, for every problem there is already an existing solution as it’s part of how the Universe stays in balance.
