Ready to set everyone free, including yourself?

From the Wide Awakening Weekly

It’s not about feeling more comfortable….

“Your attempting to feel more comfortable, by coaching or redirecting the ones you love, is about your ego’s safety. Your setting your family and friends free to figure out ‘their way’ is about love.” ~ Jennifer Hough (Tweetable!)

Hi there:

Recently, it came to my attention that maybe (just maybe) I was ‘carrying’ my sweetie pie sometimes. How? Well, I was concerning myself with an aspect of his life that I happen to know a lot about. Then I remembered that there is not a person alive who does not have the same capacity to connect to infinite wisdom as I do … duh!

‘Carrying’ is when you worry about another’s life. Often the underlying message they receive from you is that you’re afraid they don’t have the cosmic resources to get the answers themselves.

‘Caring’ is when you love them without conditions and without needing to change them or their circumstances. In the end, still do or say what your heart tells you, but be very aware of whether or not it’s about your own comfort.

It can be very hard for others to hear their own internal guidance through the drone of your thoughts about their lives.

Live YOUR own life: it’s more productive and way more funner 😉
