I don’t talk about this much…

“When you understand how to stay in flow without being pulled by anything, anybody or any situation, understanding what’s being catalyzed and aligning with that flow, you’ll enjoy a blessed and unique way of being in the world.

You know, we talk a lot about the physics of receiving and the physics of being in flow. We talk about falling in love with the mystery.

For a long time, I just wanted to push forward. Maybe it’s a dream you’re desperate to achieve, and you feel you just wanna push and make it happen? Then you learn about the Laws of Physics, or the Law of Attraction, or about meditation, whatever. You start using that and then you are thinking “I’m doing all the stuff, so how come it’s not happening? You know?

I was really feeling a sense of urgency inside, calling me, telling me there IS something more. I was learning the Laws of Physics and beginning to put them into practice. It still felt like things were moving slowly. I knew things could move faster and I didn’t understand why they weren’t. Oh boy, I’d get so frustrated! Can you relate to any of this?

As I was investing I realized I was beginning to go direct with my Innate Wisdom!

In the vlog below I go into detail and share the importance of the three things you must master in order to embody going direct with your Innate Wisdom, which are:

  1. Moving your body for the sheer fun of it.
  2. Knowing who you need to become to bring through more of your Innate Wisdom.
  3. The ability to process that amount of energy.

When you understand how to stay connected to your Innate Wisdom, to stay in flow without being pulled by anything, anybody or any situation, you enjoy a blessed and unique way of being in the world.

Imagine your life flowing effortlessly. Your family, friends and loved one noticing a change in you and asking what you are doing. What a gift you’d be able to share with them!

The time really is NOW, are you ready?

With love,
Jennifer

PS – Please feel free to share with anyone you think would benefit from hearing this conversation. (We all know someone who’s constantly pushing in frustration, who’d be helped and soothed by listening. They’ll thank you!)

Fears and freedom

Fears and freedom

The other morning, as I was pulling out an old plant that took up a lot of room and was on its way out, I heard the bell from the Baptist church down the road, at the same time as I caught a glimpse of the peonies I was planting to replace the old bush.

I love peonies. They remind me of Canada and my front yard. They take me to an emotional home place. That’s why I’m planting them. I keep imagining seeing the peonies while I’m sitting on my front porch.

At the gathering place down the road, the minister is impassioned and talks very loudly. Sometimes, he’s incredibly inspiring and I just stand outside on the road and listen, while at others when he talks about the challenging aspects of humanity, there’s fear within the church. I speak at many churches, so this isn’t about making church wrong, but rather the idea that most of humanity spends time finger-pointing.

My heart is so full of blessings…

After a rich and vibrant time in the Embodiment Workshop in Asheville, my heart is so full of blessings.

I’m so grateful for the participants, the TWA Team, and so incredibly blessed to have opulence everywhere around me in my garden. Not only for the lettuce, but the seeds for new lettuce. It’s truly overflowing …

I’m grateful for all the shifts and clarity that happened for both myself, and collectively, and wanted to share something with you…

Resilience for me is a form of ‘getting by’…

For me, resilience is a good start but if I stayed with that as my ultimate goal, it’d feel like a booby prize.

It’s not my ultimate goal.

In a constantly changing world the key, for me, is to thoroughly enjoy this journey.

It’s thriving through the change.
