Jesse lives in the Philippines and has been in the customer service industry for more than twenty-seven years. When the pandemic hit, she decided to put her decades-long expertise to good use in the international platform. Since 2020, she has provided her consultancy services in companies headquartered in the Americas, Europe, and Australia.

Outside of her professional scenery, Jesse loves to devote her time in the church music ministry, writing technical and creative pieces, and spending time with her loved ones. Her aspiration in the next ten years is to visit more historical sites in the Philippines.
