5 Things You Need to Know!

“You are an extension of Creation. That means you are so powerful that you even created the things that affect you.
Use that power, instead of being a victim of it”
Jennifer Hough

There are so many things that affect us, no matter where we are geographically. We start to feel overwhelmed and out of sorts, yet we have no idea where the feeling is coming from.

These days there are so many examples…

For instance, last week there were some crazy solar flares. But, there was also a full moon, a crazy political debate that affects 300 million people directly, Covid, racial divides… things that each affect all of humanity.

Solar Flares are brief eruptions of intense high-energy radiation from the sun’s surface, associated with sunspots and causing electromagnetic disturbances on the earth. Humans are impacted by electromagnetics.

There are five (5) things you need to know about the photons that emanate from people during intense change or drama, nature, storms and the sun:

  1. We all send and receive photon packages of light. These carry information about our state of wellbeing, shifts, polarity (like strife or righteousness), environmental anomalies, and cosmic anomalies (like solar flares). They don’t just affect us, they also affect nature, and even our cars and electronics.
  2. Electric photons affect our physical body; the effects can be fatigue, lack of focus, sleep issues, anxiety, lack of motivation and headaches. All humans are affected, so it is not an optimal time to make solid plans or start new projects.
  3. This is a great time to see incongruencies in our own lives more clearly, to take more time to center and find neutral, and to upgrade the aspects of your life that are not working. Take note of what you see isn’t working, and think of what you might do once the flares, of any sort, subside.
  4. The body is extraordinary at processing such amazingly powerful, global cosmic events. Flares, as well as emotional and environmental shifts, enable huge resets for you and humanity; it’s a good thing if you’re paying attention. If you are not paying attention to your vibration, keeping it up by walking in nature, meditating, or doing that thing you do to put the world outside of you, drama can push you off course.
  5. Your receptor sites receive Synchrotronic radiation from the sun. If you are coming from your heart, the effects are less dramatic. Solar flares are a provider of life! You can be activated at a deeper level with every flare, which helps transcend the old and prepare you for the new.

These are real events that have biological and life implications. The more aware we are, the more we can dance in the flow of this amazing life.

My Recommendation: I always take breaks between each chapter of my day to appreciate, garden, or do something that resets or re-centers me. However, I do them more when there are emotional, political, solar, lunar or weather changes. A walking meditation is my favourite way to re-center. These days I do them five times during my day. It used to be twice a day.

Watch this meditation that we did recently that may be helpful for you! LINK

P.S. Let’s embody ourselves and our reason for being at a level that all disruptions become “water off a duck’s back,” so that we can thrive together. We are getting ready to share a great program with you! We’re going to announce it in just a bit, in the meantime…. get ready to learn about a place where you can stay in flow, overcome overwhelm and live your life’s purpose. It’s gonna be fun!

My two favorite words…

When our actions resonate with our purpose and we’re aligned with the Universe’s potential for us, it’s such an expansive feeling.

The feeling of expansiveness validates you are in flow.

The alignment with greater wisdom is translated through our body as feelings of ‘woo hoo’, ‘yes!’, goosebumps, or fun! It’s confirmation that we’re acting and thinking in line with our ‘highest and best’ life, using our skills and personality, creating in the most aligned way.

Being Happy 101

Being Happy 101

Being Happy 101 – With the next Flight School (our nine-month program) about to start, I’m aware of some pretty powerful insights about my own life, ten of them in fact!

One: Reacting to circumstances definitely leads to drama. Drama always takes me out of my knowing, distracting me from my connection with Innate Wisdom.

Two: My happiness absolutely cannot come from circumstances changing. My happiness must be accessible, regardless of circumstances. It cannot be dependent on how the world is, how the people in my life behave, or an expectation that everything should be perfect. Everything is becoming which, by definition, means it isn’t perfect.

Three: It’s not my job to carry the weight of the world. My job is to show up in love and compassion. It’s not my job to make other people happy but rather to learn to be grounded in my heart. It’s not my job to protect my heart but to emanate from the heart.

What if all the beliefs that you adhere to aren’t even yours?

What if all the beliefs that you adhere to aren’t even yours?

Something happened this week that was such a great reminder to remain humble, and know that we are all human. It also reminded me that we are all human and any beliefs that anyone is better than you or I, are simply old beliefs.

This week I was on a beautiful cheer-fest for Money and You with my dear friend Doria Cordova with well-known thought leaders from all over the world. It was a privilege to be included.

The leaders that have taken Money and You are all incredibly humble and so smart…..and you probably know their names; Jack Canfield, Ken Honda just to name a few.

And, there was a leader who was there that behaved a little differently than the others. He also did not exude the humility of the rest. And I realized that he had stuck beliefs and was being righteous, and that I had beliefs about how he should be.
