“The miracles are always happening…
the only difference
is whether you’re vigilant for them.

Jennifer Hough

It’s an interesting time for me.
I just arrived home from Costa Rica, where it’s almost effortless to feel grateful… surrounded by beaches, macaws, sunsets, and the kind of conversations that feed your soul for months afterward.

But something happened on our last morning there. There’s an opportunity when the circumstances make it easy for us to feel the “God” within, or blessings, to actually ask the question Jeannie and I found ourselves asking that’s stayed with me:

“How do I walk through the world,
feeling this blessed…

without anything around me
needing to change?”

How do any of us feel the miracle of being alive without the perfect sunrise, perfect family, perfect body, or perfect bank account?

The answer came clearly and quickly.

First and foremost: the fact that you and I exist is a miracle of the first order.
I am.
You are.

Truly sitting with the miracle of being alive… your soul in a meatsuit (human body), on a spinning ball moving through space at hundreds of thousands of miles an hour… while trees breathe out what you breathe in…
It’s a magnificent place to start.

Every morning I start my day every day in the energy of “I am. That is a miracle. And it is more than enough.”

Sunrises and sunsets are pretty cool, too… but what about the cloudy days? So I go back to that simple truth… I exist.
And embrace the invitation to give thanks for the opportunity to play, to experience life here on Earth.

So Much Gratitude
For my family. For contrast. For all my years of experience, (age LOL) yes, all these years of it… and for our spectacular team.
And for You… our bridge-building, heart-centered, cosmic-three-year-old, unicorn-seeker clients…is the cherry on top.

So maybe walk around today AS blessed, and notice what reveals itself.
Not because more blessings suddenly appear, but because you changed the lens you’re seeing through. You, the seer, shifted… and the world changed.

To all my American friends, Happy Thanksgiving.
And may you all be present to the blessings that surround us… are already here
…whether they arrive as catalysts, reminders, or affirmations.

With love,
Jennifer
