Just because it’s hard, doesn’t mean it can’t flow 💓…

Just because it’s hard, doesn’t mean it can’t flow…

Since the beginning of 2024, I have been watching myself going through a patch where everything that wasn’t handled, cleaned up or in alignment is coming up to leave, be healed or full circled.

And these are big things, not little things… my health, and realigning with business things and love-related stuff. Yep, three major areas.

It could be overwhelming if I judged it. And trust me, it’s a lot. And it’s very real.

So how to move through these times …

In the end, it requires preparing myself ahead of time for these trying times ,,,

I start by future-activating my day. How, you might be wondering? Basically, I activate my future as if the day has already ended and appreciating all the magic that happened. I let myself drop into the day I’m experiencing, activating my biology. My biology gives off photons to consciousness, and to life itself, communicating where I’m at and that’s why we receive the upgraded information. This sets up my biology and vigilance for the Divine to play its part.

And just before I go to bed, I celebrate at least five aspects of my day, myself or those around me.

Simple things that are life-changing in the long run.

No matter what is going on. No matter the circumstance.

No matter how many things there were that occurred that my personality really didn’t love.

It creates resilience within me because my resolve is not circumstantial.

Sometimes life takes me out, but I can say the following consistently for the past 20 years: light-years less than last year and the year before, ALWAYS expanding into more freedom and expansiveness… I love it, even the hard parts. They add richness.

It’s just a choice for me.

Either my future wins or my fears win. Fear is normal/average/humanity’s default and recreates the past. Action that comes from a vision creates a new reality and it takes conscious attention.

Acting from vision takes courage. However, the alternative is to recreate the past … and this world is tired of the past.

It’s taken a while for me to learn what it takes to live in flow, particularly when the flow involves a future that is unfamiliar.

But just because it’s unfamiliar, doesn’t mean it’s scary.

What if you fell in love with the unknown, for who you have to become to flourish through it?

I’m living in the same world as you.

It is possible to thrive for all of us, or not for any of us at all.

I wish you that confidence.

With great love and cheerleading for your path to embodiment of your truly creative and alchemical nature.

If youre ready to have Life flow and be simple for you living through your cellular knowing (and not your head), consider joining me and your Soul family next week at our upcoming Embodiment workshop. It’s all available through the thriving operating system we experience in this powerful workshop. I would love for you to join. It’s not too late. We’re in this together. ♥️

With deep love,
Jennifer

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

The paradigm for prosperity is shifting and the laws of physics give me great hope, here’s why!

Most of us aren’t present to the shifts happening around us because we’re so distracted by the noise.

Globally, wars, political differences, media streaming, fear-based rhetoric, and divisive communications create polarity. Simultaneously, that polarity and struggle is birthing ideas being acted upon by the younger generation as it sits in the ‘dark matter’ of consciousness, waiting in the sub-atomic spaces to be birthed!

Metaphysically speaking, for every problem there is already an existing solution as it’s part of how the Universe stays in balance.

Should we only do things that ‘feel good’?

Should we only do things that ‘feel good’?

Should we only do things that ‘feel good’?

Well, you might be surprised to hear me say absolutely not.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not about deliberately forcing ourselves to do things that feel awful.

It’s just that I hear so many people saying… “only do it if it feels good”.

Here’s the issue with that:

Fear does an interesting thing to our brains

Fear does an interesting thing to our brains.

I was listening to a brilliant podcast a few days ago which my husband reminded me about. Although they didn’t talk about this specifically, it struck me how important it is to understand how our brains work. In understanding this, I’m able to follow my knowing and feel connected to clarity, instead of being manipulated by noise which can only happen if I’m in fear; it’s so easy to be in fear these days, don’t you think?

Fight or flight creates an interesting shift in the brain causing us to relate to those who disagree with our viewpoint as the “other”, and there are those who want to manipulate others in order to protect themselves.
