I am forever changed.
I recently had the wonderful opportunity to dance with new friends: the parents of non-verbal autistic children and adults, and some dear geniuses from The Telepathy Tapes, alongside the event’s organizer, Jonathan Pillot. If you haven’t listened to that podcast, I highly recommend it; it’s binge-worthy and eye-opening.
So, why am I forever changed?
Because Cara, a mother who is herself autistic, and Noah and Adriana, who are non-verbal, were on stage as a powerful trio. They live beyond the illusion of separation and beautifully demonstrated what it truly means to embody love and generosity of heart, rather than merely intellectualizing it.
I had the privilege of facilitating the conversation with this triad, who consistently reside in “The Field.” I served as a bridge.
Noah and Adriana communicated through spelling boards, yet they conveyed so much more than their spoken words.
Their main message was one of integration: You are not alone. We receive abundant help in this dimension and beyond, and human beings are far more powerful than our perceived limitations. We have the opportunity to fully embrace all that we are, in every moment.
But then, you already know that.
And the message I keep receiving right now for all of us, as we navigate these crazy times, is this: Be brave. This is not the time to cling to what you have always done. Don’t ignore what is surfacing to be released. Pay attention to those gentle taps, and certainly to the big cosmic 2x4s. Fall in love with change. It is arriving swiftly, in ways you cannot yet imagine…terrestrially, galactically, and spiritually. Lean into it, rather than away from it.
You are being invited to embrace your complete self.
Look at people beyond their labels.
It does not have to be intense; that is your choice.
