“You’re listening with your cells, far more than your ears.

Well… the societal, political, and financial swings continue to get bigger…

And what I’ve noticed is this: I am using these swings to center and “know” myself—and my connection to God, consciousness, and the Field—even more deeply.

Because once you’ve experienced how life actually works, catalysts become less scary and more… re-directive. They point you toward meaning. Toward what matters. Toward doing the things that make the world more livable.

Another way to say it: necessity is the mother of invention.

The more coo-coo everything gets, the more I use that energy to get even more focused on why I’m alive—and to keep answering this question:

“What is the greatest thing
I can do…
With the skills I already have,
that would make the biggest difference
And have me
   waking up inspired
And going to bed knowing
that I did what I came to the planet for?”

And I promise you—sometimes the answer is being a good dog mom. Sometimes it’s writing a book. Sometimes it’s calling my parents.

But here’s what I know for sure:

We are free.

You might look at what’s happening around you and feel like you’re not free. And usually, when we feel that way, it’s because we’re waiting for something outside of us to change—your government, your spouse, your housing situation… your circumstances.

As if circumstances are the thing that grant freedom.

But freedom is a choice.

Once, at an event, the youngest participant (he was 12) raised his hand after I’d been speaking about building bridges of evolution in our lives and in the world. And he asked, “Why can’t the people in power do something about what is happening?”

My response surprised even me.

I said, “The issue isn’t that they should do something. The issue is that you believe they’re the ones who hold the power.”

Just sit with that.

Because the moment you decide the power is “out there,” you quietly hand your own away.

And the truth is… you are 99.999999999999999999% quantum. You are not small. You are not separate. And when you learn how to connect—when you start to understand the alchemical operating system of being alive as a human—there is nobody more powerful than you.

Even Jesus taught that our connection to the Divine is what makes us become powerful and humble creators. He said, “Go forth and multiply”—at a time when there was no such thing as “Christianity.” He was speaking to everyone. And he’s not the only teacher who has said the same in different languages, across different traditions.

So my friend, just a little pep talk.

Just as much for me as for you.

With love,
Jennifer
