Jennifer Hough

“Fascinating” is definitely a word for these times.

Here’s what’s up my friend.

  1. We’re being sandwiched between a solar eclipse and the alignment of the planets.
  2. By June 3, the planets will be fully aligned – stay tuned, I’ll be announcing an event soon!
  3. In the Northern Hemisphere, we’ve just experienced the greatest solar flare blast in 20 years. The Southern Hemisphere got it, too; but the Aurora Borealis wasn’t visible there.

These are events that affect us both physically AND metaphysically.

So everyone may experience things like:

  1. Feeling a little floaty or unclear on direction … or not fully available to act.
  2. Electronics just pooching out.
  3. Poor sleep and focus and altered levels of inflammation in the body – youre electromagnetic after all!
  4. Erratic, non-rational behavior.
  5. Feeling out-of-sorts and unconsciously acting from a place of fear.

I’ve definitely noticed this in those around me. It’s especially so in those who aren’t quite grounded, or have any kind of victim consciousness, which may be legitimate and coming from PTSD, which is often scary.

Here’s how I respond in these situations:

  1. I don’t engage with anyone who’s in that space, although their personality may want to engage with me. If the conversation isn’t from a place of self-love because of my relationship to the subject matter, or from a love of them, then it isn’t beneficial to anyone. Instead, I might go for a walk, do my future activations, collect evidence and listen to recordings. Is that difficult? Sometimes, yes, especially with people I love.
  2. I’m radically responsible for my own vibration: The more polarized the world becomes affecting those around me, the more I go within and find my way home to a deep knowing of myself, and how loved I am. The Universe is in my atoms. I’m absolutely clear that if I’m not aligned with the magnificence of myself, and in the Thriving Operating System where everything comes to me, then the knowing that I need to have fluid conversations with profound results, will not come. Engaging would be so incredibly ineffective and inefficient.
  3. In the long run, I make sure that I consistently feel good in my body: This requires consistent spaciousness breaks, evidence collection, listening to recordings, participation in Flight School and in Embodiment, and monthly calls. (I’m telling you, this really helps, and I do it just as much for myself!)

Most people don’t realize how much the energy of the world affects them, that the energy of the solar flares is weighing on their nervous system and that they’re in their own “Matrix”!

This isn’t the time to listen to fearful protective opinions when you were born to fly!

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this, and how the whole solar flare thing has affected you, so please share with me and we can learn from each other.

With love,

I spent a good portion of my childhood trying to be enough.

I spent a good portion of my childhood trying to be enough.

Worthiness. I spent a good portion of my childhood trying to be enough.

How about you?

Every time you seek to prove your worth, you are coming from a place that presumes that you’re somehow lacking.

You were literally an etheric metaphysical being, who poured into a body in perfect timing. You are a meat suit flying through space at 55,000 miles per hour while miraculously housing a soul and spirit. You witness sunsets, mountain tops, births, deaths. You breathe the air that trillions of trees breathe out just for you!

Fears and freedom

Fears and freedom

The other morning, as I was pulling out an old plant that took up a lot of room and was on its way out, I heard the bell from the Baptist church down the road, at the same time as I caught a glimpse of the peonies I was planting to replace the old bush.

I love peonies. They remind me of Canada and my front yard. They take me to an emotional home place. That’s why I’m planting them. I keep imagining seeing the peonies while I’m sitting on my front porch.

At the gathering place down the road, the minister is impassioned and talks very loudly. Sometimes, he’s incredibly inspiring and I just stand outside on the road and listen, while at others when he talks about the challenging aspects of humanity, there’s fear within the church. I speak at many churches, so this isn’t about making church wrong, but rather the idea that most of humanity spends time finger-pointing.

My heart is so full of blessings…

After a rich and vibrant time in the Embodiment Workshop in Asheville, my heart is so full of blessings.

I’m so grateful for the participants, the TWA Team, and so incredibly blessed to have opulence everywhere around me in my garden. Not only for the lettuce, but the seeds for new lettuce. It’s truly overflowing …

I’m grateful for all the shifts and clarity that happened for both myself, and collectively, and wanted to share something with you…
