Affiliate and Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 26, 2026. This page is the Program Terms referenced in, and incorporated into, the Affiliate and Referral Partner Agreement. If anything here conflicts with your signed Agreement, the signed Agreement governs. We may update this page as programs and rates change. Updates apply to sales made after the change takes effect.

Thank you for helping us bring this work to more people. This page is your single source of truth for what each program pays and how payouts work. Bookmark it. When a rate or program changes, this is where you will see it first.

How commissions work

A few simple rules apply across every program. They are summarized here for clarity. The full terms live in your signed Agreement.

• You earn when the client has fully paid. If a client pays in full, your commission is set for the next payout. If a client uses a payment plan, your commission is paid after their final payment clears.
• Subscriptions pay every month the client pays. For recurring programs, you earn each month the client's payment goes through, for as long as their subscription stays active.
• Commissions are calculated on the net sale, after processing fees, discounts, and taxes.
• Payouts are monthly, on or about the 5th business day of the month, with a report of the sales included.
• Refunds void the related commission. Commissions can be reversed within 60 days of payout if a refund, chargeback, or cancellation occurs.
• Attribution is last click, with a 3 month window. The most recent partner link clicked within 3 months before purchase gets the credit.
• No self referrals. You cannot earn commission on your own purchases or accounts.

Getting paid

• Payout method: We pay via PayPal. You set your payout details when signing up. Please keep them current.
• Minimum payout:$20. Balances below the minimum roll to the next month.
• Tax: you are responsible for taxes on what you earn. We collect a W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN (non-US persons) before your links go live, and issue a 1099 where required.

Your links and assets

Once you are approved and your paperwork is complete, you get your unique referral links and any current promotional assets inside your TWA Partner Portal. Log in any time to grab links, check your clicks and referrals, and see what you have earned.

Promoting with integrity

Please represent TWA honestly. In short: use our approved materials, clearly disclose that you are an affiliate, and make no income, health, or healing guarantees. Our programs support personal growth and wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional care. The full conduct terms are in your signed Agreement.
