Susannah has been with The Wide Awakening since 2012 and has played an integral role in shaping the programs, systems, and internal structure that support the organization. She brings a rare blend of intuitive insight and practical clarity, helping ensure that the mission of the company is reflected in how it operates day to day.

As Director of Systems Integration & Alignment, Susannah supports the team in creating cohesion, communication, and sustainable flow across programs, operations, and organizational development. She is passionate about helping people recognize their strengths and contribute in ways that feel aligned and meaningful.

Susannah began coaching in 2011 and continues to work one on one with individuals, helping them uncover their authentic path, trust their inner guidance, and bring more aligned self expression into everyday life.
