Jennifer Hough:

Hey, wouldn't it be cool if you could take.

Jennifer Hough:

all the crazy stuff that's happening in the world, or the chaos in your life,

Jennifer Hough:

or the stress that happens occasionally and turn it into a superpower where

Jennifer Hough:

you can actually get more focused or become even more peaceful.

Jennifer Hough:

But it wouldn't matter what happened around you, it actually made you

Jennifer Hough:

more centered and get more clarity.

Jennifer Hough:

Wouldn't that be a cool superpower?

Jennifer Hough:

Guess what?

Jennifer Hough:

It is one of your superpowers.

Jennifer Hough:

You can do that.

Jennifer Hough:

So first of all, I wanna say that our theme music really makes me happy.

Jennifer Hough:

I just had a smile listening to I was bopping along, and I wanna welcome

Jennifer Hough:

you to our theme music and to our weekly gathering together here.

Jennifer Hough:

I am thrilled to be here as your host.

Jennifer Hough:

My name is Jennifer Hough we're gonna be talking about being the eye in any storm.

Jennifer Hough:

Doesn't matter what's going on around you.

Jennifer Hough:

You can be the eye in any storm.

Jennifer Hough:

Truly you can.

Jennifer Hough:

All right guys, so we're gonna talk about, first share a little story.

Jennifer Hough:

Speaking of eyes of storms, a hurricane happened here in Asheville

Jennifer Hough:

and the funny thing is that when the hurricane happened and it was.

Jennifer Hough:

It was a thing here because we don't get hurricanes, right?

Jennifer Hough:

And I happened to be in California when it hit, and my husband and my

Jennifer Hough:

dog and our tenant were all here in the house and for a week and a half

Jennifer Hough:

where we live, other people had it much longer for a week and a half, 10 days.

Jennifer Hough:

They didn't have power, they didn't have water because they didn't have power.

Jennifer Hough:

They didn't have, it was, it was bad.

Jennifer Hough:

And people's whole lives were being washed down river.

Jennifer Hough:

And here I was in California with my friend, I.

Jennifer Hough:

And while I was in California, oddly enough, this is the same

Jennifer Hough:

friend that during the fires in LA they lost their home.

Jennifer Hough:

So it was very interesting that less than a year later they went through

Jennifer Hough:

something so devastating as well.

Jennifer Hough:

But while I was there, I was thinking what am I gonna do?

Jennifer Hough:

I didn't really get it.

Jennifer Hough:

I couldn't even talk to my husband for the first couple of days.

Jennifer Hough:

And there's either freak out.

Jennifer Hough:

Like literally the energy of what's happening.

Jennifer Hough:

I could feel it inside of me wanting to have me freak out,

Jennifer Hough:

oh my God, what am I gonna do?

Jennifer Hough:

What if a tree fell on the house?

Jennifer Hough:

I didn't know what was going on over about a day and a half people

Jennifer Hough:

started getting their cell service back, but the towers were down too.

Jennifer Hough:

So they had to go to these hotspots.

Jennifer Hough:

They had to drive and find out where the hotspots were.

Jennifer Hough:

And that was spreading by word of mouth.

Jennifer Hough:

'cause of course the towers were down.

Jennifer Hough:

So people would show up in different places that had hotspots and people would

Jennifer Hough:

band together and share the word, all over, all of God, God's green anchor here.

Jennifer Hough:

It was a lot.

Jennifer Hough:

Publix was a hotspot here, actually.

Jennifer Hough:

And so I thought to myself, now that I can reach people, I'm either gonna be

Jennifer Hough:

freaking out and upset and trying to pick up on the news and all that kinda stuff.

Jennifer Hough:

Or I'm gonna be the eye of this storm and I ask myself the question,

Jennifer Hough:

what's the greatest thing I can do?

Jennifer Hough:

With the skills I already have that would make the biggest difference

Jennifer Hough:

and have me waking up inspired and going to bed knowing that I, knowing

Jennifer Hough:

that I did what I came to today for,

Jennifer Hough:

and the answer was, I have internet.

Jennifer Hough:

Everybody else doesn't.

Jennifer Hough:

I. So I am gonna disseminate information via text, that I hear all the links, all

Jennifer Hough:

the places to get food, to get clothing.

Jennifer Hough:

I'm gonna disseminate the information about what roads aren't working,

Jennifer Hough:

what roads are, where the crews are, where FEMA is, how to, how to, apply

Jennifer Hough:

for fema, how to for days on end.

Jennifer Hough:

I focused my energy in.

Jennifer Hough:

I didn't realize that I was operating from a superpower, but

Jennifer Hough:

it's a superpower that we all have where instead we get to choose.

Jennifer Hough:

I got to choose.

Jennifer Hough:

Which way my energy was going to take me because it's just energy.

Jennifer Hough:

It's not stressful.

Jennifer Hough:

That's a projection.

Jennifer Hough:

It just the energy of a bunch of massive changes happen to people.

Jennifer Hough:

I love in a place that I love

Jennifer Hough:

and.

Jennifer Hough:

I also found out there were people with solar including us, and that we

Jennifer Hough:

could become a hub for people to, not so much charge at first, but at least

Jennifer Hough:

get some water and then our neighbors could also get water so people were

Jennifer Hough:

getting water 'cause there was no water.

Jennifer Hough:

And I started to liaise with hundreds of people from LA.

Jennifer Hough:

I liaised to get Adam some food.

Jennifer Hough:

One of my friends drove food over to Adam.

Jennifer Hough:

Now from this place, I want you to know that this energy can turn into

Jennifer Hough:

either even more focus and clarity and creativity, or the energy can turn into

Jennifer Hough:

stress and difficulty and hardship and suffering on behalf of other people

Jennifer Hough:

and all sorts of stuff, and we get to decide where we put the energy.

Jennifer Hough:

And this topic is so important to me because I saw the importance.

Jennifer Hough:

I saw the people that used this superpower.

Jennifer Hough:

They didn't know that they were doing it.

Jennifer Hough:

They were doing it.

Jennifer Hough:

What if they deliberately knew?

Jennifer Hough:

What if I deliberately knew that that's what I was doing because I still

Jennifer Hough:

had this edge of freaking out, or I can't do enough, or I can't get home.

Jennifer Hough:

The airport was closed, so I can't even get home.

Jennifer Hough:

I can't even do that.

Jennifer Hough:

Even if I was home, what am I gonna do?

Jennifer Hough:

There's no water, there's no food, there's no nothing.

Jennifer Hough:

And I realized that this was the best use of my time.

Jennifer Hough:

This was a beautiful use of my time.

Jennifer Hough:

Even the airport extended my car for no charge when I told

Jennifer Hough:

them I was from Asheville.

Jennifer Hough:

And when we start to focus our energy in times of great change or in times

Jennifer Hough:

of chaos or in times of intensity, and we start to focus it inwards, it's the

Jennifer Hough:

same energy that makes you creative.

Jennifer Hough:

The same energy that brings more love through the same energy

Jennifer Hough:

that makes you resourceful is the same energy that freaks you out.

Jennifer Hough:

It's whether you're gonna use that energy to be freaked out or that you're gonna

Jennifer Hough:

use that energy to get more focused.

Jennifer Hough:

So

Jennifer Hough:

what are these human superpowers, right?

Jennifer Hough:

So I wanna share another story.

Jennifer Hough:

I'm sitting in front of my client, speaking of freaking out a little bit.

Jennifer Hough:

She got brought to me, she got brought to me because she had migraines and

Jennifer Hough:

I was turning into somewhat of a migraine specialist when I ran that big

Jennifer Hough:

integrative health clinic in Canada.

Jennifer Hough:

And this woman came in.

Jennifer Hough:

With her husband and I realized pretty shortly that her husband was

Jennifer Hough:

the one that was making her be there.

Jennifer Hough:

'cause she was very resistant in talking to me.

Jennifer Hough:

What I didn't know is that she had a brain tumor and they proceeded to

Jennifer Hough:

tell me her history and that she had a brain tumor and all the things.

Jennifer Hough:

And I realized that I too had had migraines.

Jennifer Hough:

I hadn't actually even considered that I might have a brain tumor.

Jennifer Hough:

So I'm sitting in front of her with similar conditions freaking

Jennifer Hough:

out because I'm thinking, oh my God, what if I have a brain tumor?

Jennifer Hough:

answers started to flow my way because as I was talking to her, what got

Jennifer Hough:

revealed is that she had a crack addicted mother who gave her up for adoption.

Jennifer Hough:

She's now 60.

Jennifer Hough:

This, she was given up for, adopted at three or four, and she was given

Jennifer Hough:

to this wonderful, incredible family, but she spent her entire life.

Jennifer Hough:

The other 52 years being resentful of her mother for giving her up when

Jennifer Hough:

it was, I mean, I don't even know how someone that was on drugs, had

Jennifer Hough:

the foresight and the brilliance.

Jennifer Hough:

I mean, now that's just love.

Jennifer Hough:

And that was the chaos of this woman who was on drugs, the

Jennifer Hough:

chaos that caused her to focus.

Jennifer Hough:

Was just love.

Jennifer Hough:

And there's a theme, right?

Jennifer Hough:

Because when I shared my story about the hurricane, what did I let win?

Jennifer Hough:

Well, I let love win that.

Jennifer Hough:

My love of my friends here, my love of Asheville, my love of my husband, and it

Jennifer Hough:

was like a once in a lifetime, not even a lifetime, as a once in a never event

Jennifer Hough:

that happened, it was a confluence of weather events that basically made a.

Jennifer Hough:

A super cell of water.

Jennifer Hough:

The wind was a problem, but the water was a far bigger problem.

Jennifer Hough:

And so what's really interesting is that this woman,

Jennifer Hough:

even not in her right mind, let love wind and did something amazing,

Jennifer Hough:

but this woman who's in another hurricane and another storm, the daughter.

Jennifer Hough:

Is unwilling to let love win.

Jennifer Hough:

And so she doesn't have access to her superpower.

Jennifer Hough:

She doesn't have, she's not resourceful, she's not creative, she's not inspired

Jennifer Hough:

to solutions because she's too busy being right that her mother was wrong, and in

Jennifer Hough:

that righteousness about the wrongness.

Jennifer Hough:

She couldn't see how courageous her mother was and she couldn't

Jennifer Hough:

see how blessed she became.

Jennifer Hough:

She got the exact life that her mother would've wanted for her.

Jennifer Hough:

She was loved beyond loved, but because this woman wasn't letting love win, I knew

Jennifer Hough:

instantaneously that she was not gonna stick around this planet because her.

Jennifer Hough:

Environment of her emotional and biochemical body was so noxious and toxic

Jennifer Hough:

because the disdain that she felt changed her entire bodily environment.

Jennifer Hough:

She didn't let love win.

Jennifer Hough:

And so that night, again, I was letting love for myself win.

Jennifer Hough:

And the love for myself showed me something because

Jennifer Hough:

I knew she was gonna die.

Jennifer Hough:

And I had never had that inclination before or any kind of awareness like

Jennifer Hough:

that before, that someone's just gonna die, and I just knew, I just knew.

Jennifer Hough:

And as a result,

Jennifer Hough:

I was how did I just know that?

Jennifer Hough:

And not only that, how did I know that and how did I know that it was a

Jennifer Hough:

stain that was actually poisoning her?

Jennifer Hough:

I could actually see her brain and this is when the holographic, seeing

Jennifer Hough:

that I have, that I experienced, that I use in my everyday work started is

Jennifer Hough:

seeing exactly what the root cause of what was going on with her was.

Jennifer Hough:

And it freaked me out a little bit to tell you the truth.

Jennifer Hough:

there are abilities that we, there are characteristics that we have that are

Jennifer Hough:

three dimensional, my eye color is.

Jennifer Hough:

Greeny Brown, how big your nose is, curly hair, straight hair, tall,

Jennifer Hough:

short, all of that kind of stuff.

Jennifer Hough:

Characteristics that are in 3D but we have multidimensional characteristics.

Jennifer Hough:

Multidimensional characteristics and codes.

Jennifer Hough:

Just like it's codified into your DNA, your physical characteristics.

Jennifer Hough:

It's codified into the field.

Jennifer Hough:

About the fact that you have abilities, including the abilities.

Jennifer Hough:

This is what I got shown.

Jennifer Hough:

The ability to be able to holographically.

Jennifer Hough:

See, it was beyond being medical intuitive, but we

Jennifer Hough:

all have these abilities.

Jennifer Hough:

These are abilities that allow us to have a transcendent life where things

Jennifer Hough:

become easier, more clear, more visible.

Jennifer Hough:

More

Jennifer Hough:

vivid and that we're connected to the 99.39% of us where

Jennifer Hough:

all we need to do is be willing to be available to these abilities.

Jennifer Hough:

That's step one.

Jennifer Hough:

Two is practice them.

Jennifer Hough:

You are a talented, you're a very talented, ninja, badass unicorn,

Jennifer Hough:

and it isn't just for special people and these, aren't so that

Jennifer Hough:

you can be a seer or a coach.

Jennifer Hough:

These are things that you can work in use in corporate, right?

Jennifer Hough:

These are things that you can use in your relationship.

Jennifer Hough:

This isn't about being an intuitive healer.

Jennifer Hough:

This is about being a literal, all chemical ninja badass.

Jennifer Hough:

There are no special people.

Jennifer Hough:

Cassie, you are And there's a way of embodying those abilities.

Jennifer Hough:

And more and more people, that are executives, which I work with, a lot

Jennifer Hough:

of executives and leaders who know that we're more than what we present,

Jennifer Hough:

and that these kinds of abilities give us a massive competitive advantage.

Jennifer Hough:

But I wasn't thinking that back then.

Jennifer Hough:

I was just thinking, how do I stop having migraines and how did I know stuff and

Jennifer Hough:

how am I picking up on things in this?

Jennifer Hough:

Holographic field and what is a holographic field?

Jennifer Hough:

Like what is happening to me?

Jennifer Hough:

I'm an accountant.

Jennifer Hough:

That's what was happening to me.

Jennifer Hough:

And so all of a sudden I started to see that we had what I call

Jennifer Hough:

innate abilities, human superpowers, multiple innate abilities that

Jennifer Hough:

every human being comes in with.

Jennifer Hough:

And, those.

Jennifer Hough:

Basic 24 innate abilities include the ability to move the room with

Jennifer Hough:

your energy, whether good or bad.

Jennifer Hough:

You can literally feel what's going on with someone else

Jennifer Hough:

and know exactly what to say.

Jennifer Hough:

You can feel into what's going on to a forest or a tree or your pet.

Jennifer Hough:

Whether you use the his abilities or not is one thing Most people don't because

Jennifer Hough:

they don't even know that they have them.

Jennifer Hough:

But could you imagine How much able you become to have a more fluid life when

Jennifer Hough:

you use these multidimensional abilities?

Jennifer Hough:

And there's 24, and I'm not gonna go through them now, but

Jennifer Hough:

I wanted to describe to you

Jennifer Hough:

what they are.

Jennifer Hough:

Why?

Jennifer Hough:

Because this being the eye of any storm is actually an innate ability.

Jennifer Hough:

to be able to actually change the filter you use on the energy

Jennifer Hough:

that's coming through you based on an event that's happening.

Jennifer Hough:

To shift it at will, and instead of being a victim of your circumstance,

Jennifer Hough:

you can instantaneously shift it into fuel for your creativity rocket ship,

Jennifer Hough:

and for your ability to be able to be more grounded and more peaceful.

Jennifer Hough:

Because the thing that you would call stress is just energy.

Jennifer Hough:

The stress only gets added when you filter it through the idea that somehow

Jennifer Hough:

all these bad things are gonna happen and that you start judging the situation.

Jennifer Hough:

But if you actually knew that you had a superpower or the energy of

Jennifer Hough:

this shift, and this change and this situation can come through you.

Jennifer Hough:

That you could instantaneously refilter what's coming through you

Jennifer Hough:

so that it causes you to be more grounded, more focused instead.

Jennifer Hough:

Wouldn't that be amazing as a default way of being?

Jennifer Hough:

It would be right.

Jennifer Hough:

Pretty powerful.

Jennifer Hough:

So that's one of our superpowers.

Jennifer Hough:

It's actually birthed out of recent times.

Jennifer Hough:

It's not one of the original 12, 24 innate abilities that I brought through.

Jennifer Hough:

It's actually part of a new 12 because how do innate abilities get birthed?

Jennifer Hough:

Will innate abilities get birthed through the idea that necessity

Jennifer Hough:

is the motherhood of invention?

Jennifer Hough:

In other words, the more chaos.

Jennifer Hough:

The more intensity, the more that gets communicated through media, the

Jennifer Hough:

more polarity there is between people

Jennifer Hough:

every time there's a problem in humanity or for you personally,

Jennifer Hough:

solutions already.

Jennifer Hough:

Exist.

Jennifer Hough:

You cannot have a problem through the laws of entanglement of physics

Jennifer Hough:

without the solutions already existed.

Jennifer Hough:

It doesn't mean that they've been brought from that quantum field

Jennifer Hough:

into three dimensional reality.

Jennifer Hough:

It doesn't mean they've gone from, the world of possibility where pure

Jennifer Hough:

potential exists, but it hasn't been formed into an atomic structure.

Jennifer Hough:

That's what human beings are for.

Jennifer Hough:

We are here to bring ideas into fruition, solutions, into fruition.

Jennifer Hough:

So the great thing about all the problems that we are currently having in this world

Jennifer Hough:

is that new innate abilities over the last six months have been birthed into

Jennifer Hough:

existence and innate abilities that would have us feel so confident, so doubtless.

Jennifer Hough:

The kids that are born these days all have these innate abilities wired

Jennifer Hough:

into them because they were already being born, back when the, usually

Jennifer Hough:

about under 20, they're wired for ai.

Jennifer Hough:

They're wired for a new form of, abundance, a different

Jennifer Hough:

kind of abundance architecture.

Jennifer Hough:

They don't have as much emotionally or psychologically in the way unless they're

Jennifer Hough:

parents train them into that stuff.

Jennifer Hough:

They're wired for these times.

Jennifer Hough:

Fast, creative, fun, lots of resources.

Jennifer Hough:

The great thing is the last three generations that have been born have been

Jennifer Hough:

the first generations in the history of humanity that have been available to be

Jennifer Hough:

able to upgrade to the very superpowers that these young ones are being offered

Jennifer Hough:

without having to kick the bucket.

Jennifer Hough:

We don't have to die first in order to embody those superpowers.

Jennifer Hough:

So here I was many years ago with migraines, by the way.

Jennifer Hough:

As a result, there's a few iterations to this story, but as a result of that

Jennifer Hough:

story, I never had a migraine again.

Jennifer Hough:

I've had headaches, but I haven't had a migraine again since then.

Jennifer Hough:

Why I share this with you is because that's directly as a result of

Jennifer Hough:

another superpower that I used.

Jennifer Hough:

Which is my ability to bring through superpowers, right?

Jennifer Hough:

And one of which was my ability to be able to see what was going on with

Jennifer Hough:

me holographically, that would cause the migraines in the first place,

Jennifer Hough:

That she had inside that she was unwilling to.

Jennifer Hough:

She was unwilling to choose love.

Jennifer Hough:

She was unwilling.

Jennifer Hough:

And do you know that she did pass within two months of that appointment?

Jennifer Hough:

I knew it.

Jennifer Hough:

What I wanna share with you about all of this is that we

Jennifer Hough:

are indeed coming into a time.

Jennifer Hough:

Where these innate abilities are like,

Jennifer Hough:

well, if you could imagine the innate ability we're talking about

Jennifer Hough:

today, which is being the eye.

Jennifer Hough:

In any storm,

Jennifer Hough:

there are gonna be lots of storms that come.

Jennifer Hough:

In these coming years, holographically speaking, that's something

Jennifer Hough:

that I've been able to see.

Jennifer Hough:

One of my superpowers.

Jennifer Hough:

One of your superpowers too, by the way.

Jennifer Hough:

Don't you think that being a master of being the eye in any storm would

Jennifer Hough:

be an amazing skill set to have?

Jennifer Hough:

But there are.

Jennifer Hough:

12 others we're gonna talk about in an upcoming workshop

Jennifer Hough:

we have called Innate Abilities.

Jennifer Hough:

What we're gonna do is a masterclass.

Jennifer Hough:

It's free.

Jennifer Hough:

It's on me.

Jennifer Hough:

I am so happy to facilitate that particular workshop with you.

Jennifer Hough:

Everyone can come and we're gonna talk a little bit about the three essential

Jennifer Hough:

steps in order to make an embodied shift where you can't go backwards, a non

Jennifer Hough:

regressive shift so that you upgrade to these times of grade change, just

Jennifer Hough:

like those under twenties come in.

Jennifer Hough:

Think of these times, and you're not crazy.

Jennifer Hough:

It is intense out there.

Jennifer Hough:

There are changes to the environment, changes to politics, changes to

Jennifer Hough:

the monetary systems, changes to holographically speaking.

Jennifer Hough:

When I look out there at what's going on in the world, I want

Jennifer Hough:

you to know that you're not off.

Jennifer Hough:

Plus, there are, class.

Jennifer Hough:

I can't remember which class of, it's like the highest class of

Jennifer Hough:

solar flares happening right now, and we're on electromagnetic.

Jennifer Hough:

It's not a woo woo thing.

Jennifer Hough:

It's a very real thing.

Jennifer Hough:

It affects your focus, it affects your energy, it can affect your sleep, affects

Jennifer Hough:

the amount of, reactivity you have.

Jennifer Hough:

If you don't understand your superpowers and if you haven't embodied them, but

Jennifer Hough:

let me talk about these superpowers.

Jennifer Hough:

Every time we have a major shift in humanity, there's an upleveling in the

Jennifer Hough:

multidimensional DNA that gives us the superpowers to be able to thrive through.

Jennifer Hough:

Now you might say, what did she just say?

Jennifer Hough:

Imagine that they're creating a quantum computer right now, which they are.

Jennifer Hough:

Everyone, everyone's in the race to get there first.

Jennifer Hough:

So we'll have these quantum computers, but they don't work on bits and bytes And

Jennifer Hough:

you're gonna be talking to your computer.

Jennifer Hough:

this is gonna be a crazy quantum leap, you guys, a whole other

Jennifer Hough:

way of operating with life.

Jennifer Hough:

I'm not kidding.

Jennifer Hough:

AI is a big enough one.

Jennifer Hough:

What I wanna share is this, have you noticed that even with ai, the

Jennifer Hough:

skills you need in order to be able to optimize your use of ai, I mean,

Jennifer Hough:

you have to get trained on the skills.

Jennifer Hough:

It's a whole other way of being that case in point, an 18-year-old

Jennifer Hough:

defacto knows how to do,

Jennifer Hough:

but we don't think.

Jennifer Hough:

Like it takes to think to optimize ai.

Jennifer Hough:

I've listened to them some 20 somethings using ai and I'm that is brilliant.

Jennifer Hough:

And I've been training myself to think like them because man, the

Jennifer Hough:

alchemy that's available is so fun.

Jennifer Hough:

Really seriously, so fun if you use it properly.

Jennifer Hough:

Right not to take over your world, not to be your intuitive guide.

Jennifer Hough:

Not to, but literally the stuff that it can invent is super fun and answers you

Jennifer Hough:

can get if you ask in the right way.

Jennifer Hough:

But I had to train myself to be different, to gain different skills, to think

Jennifer Hough:

differently about how I use my computer.

Jennifer Hough:

And I want you to know, isn't it interesting AI and then innate abilities,

Jennifer Hough:

ia, that innate abilities ia, are the abilities that consciousness

Jennifer Hough:

created in response to the struggles we're having based on the time

Jennifer Hough:

that we're going through right now.

Jennifer Hough:

Do you know why?

Jennifer Hough:

Do you know why quantum computers have been developed?

Jennifer Hough:

They've been developed because what's happening, if you haven't noticed, is that

Jennifer Hough:

the safeties that we have for people not to break into, the back end of, you know,

Jennifer Hough:

the passwords and the encryptions and all that kind of stuff, quantum computing is

Jennifer Hough:

a solution so that governments all over the world that have trade deep secrets,

Jennifer Hough:

forces that be, are starting to be able to unencrypt and decode things.

Jennifer Hough:

And with quantum computing, that wouldn't be able to happen.

Jennifer Hough:

So necessity is the motherhood of invention and quantum

Jennifer Hough:

computing is an upleveling.

Jennifer Hough:

So imagine that you also uplevel, necessity is the motherhood of invention.

Jennifer Hough:

The skills to be able to live in the world the way it is right now.

Jennifer Hough:

Those skills can be embodied so that everything seems fluid and so that you

Jennifer Hough:

feel like you're confident and you're out ahead of what's happening in the world.

Jennifer Hough:

And because my life is born for those innate abilities and to help people embody

Jennifer Hough:

those, to stay out ahead of the shifts, that's why I'm doing this free class.

Jennifer Hough:

But my greatest intent for today is that you get this, that you

Jennifer Hough:

understand this one innate ability.

Jennifer Hough:

We've opened a portal.

Jennifer Hough:

Oh, I do wanna say one last thing, that there are three stages.

Jennifer Hough:

To having non regressive shifts around your new abilities.

Jennifer Hough:

The first stage is to be aware that an innate ability even

Jennifer Hough:

exists, which is what we did today.

Jennifer Hough:

So I, we did something we call an activation.

Jennifer Hough:

The next is to entrain yourself to those innate abilities so that

Jennifer Hough:

you have a used newness about it.

Jennifer Hough:

And the third is to non-G regressively embody it such that you don't

Jennifer Hough:

even ever have to think about it, and you just use it at will

Jennifer Hough:

because it's just the way you are.

Jennifer Hough:

It's like you riding a bike, you can jump on a bike once you

Jennifer Hough:

learn, and even 10 years later without riding, you can still ride.

Jennifer Hough:

So imagine that these innate abilities are the same thing.

Jennifer Hough:

So I hope this was helpful.

Jennifer Hough:

I hope this gave you a little bit of insight and you really understand,

Jennifer Hough:

what it is to be superpowered and that you are, and that it really

Jennifer Hough:

just takes three steps to embody that

Jennifer Hough:

My life was never the same since that my willingness to go into the

Jennifer Hough:

mystery, my willingness to be a little freaked out, but by, I have a very,

Jennifer Hough:

I had a very numbers based left brain

Jennifer Hough:
