What does it really mean to be free?

“True freedom is not about changing your circumstances so you can feel comfortable. True freedom happens when you can dance with any rules, people, or circumstances without fear.”

(Tweet me!)

Dear You:

Recently, I was immersed in a cultural experience that had many rules, compared to the way I live, and it spurred the question: What is true freedom, anyhow?

To answer this, I first got present to my heart’s mission on this beautiful planet, which is to assist us all to embody the piece of the puzzle of Heaven on Earth that each of us is called to experience. It is also to recognize that, in order to live the callings of our hearts, there is a new/old language we must learn… that of cellular instinct versus mind strategy.

True freedom lies in the ability to hear and act from cellular instinct. This ability is natural to all humans, just not well-practiced yet.

The Ego has guided our actions for eons, and this makes life hard. Yet every single one of our cells is connected to infinite Wisdom; and Infinite Wisdom uses a language different from that of the Ego. Our job is to learn that language, and then to have the courage to act from that guidance, which instantly puts life into ease and flow.

No time like the present to learn a new “old” language, right? The language of Freedom taps us all into the truth of what is really going on, the beauty that surrounds us, and the power within us to change any circumstance at any time.

Struggle… it’s so last millennium!

Love to all…

P.S. I “see” you with my cells… and my ability to do so is an example of the language of which I speak. You can do it, too!

Why is the paradigm for prosperity shifting?

The paradigm for prosperity is shifting and the laws of physics give me great hope, here’s why!

Most of us aren’t present to the shifts happening around us because we’re so distracted by the noise.

Globally, wars, political differences, media streaming, fear-based rhetoric, and divisive communications create polarity. Simultaneously, that polarity and struggle is birthing ideas being acted upon by the younger generation as it sits in the ‘dark matter’ of consciousness, waiting in the sub-atomic spaces to be birthed!

Metaphysically speaking, for every problem there is already an existing solution as it’s part of how the Universe stays in balance.

Should we only do things that ‘feel good’?

Well, you might be surprised to hear me say absolutely not.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not about deliberately forcing ourselves to do things that feel awful.

It’s just that I hear so many people saying… “only do it if it feels good”.

Here’s the issue with that:

Fear does an interesting thing to our brains

Fear does an interesting thing to our brains.

I was listening to a brilliant podcast a few days ago which my husband reminded me about. Although they didn’t talk about this specifically, it struck me how important it is to understand how our brains work. In understanding this, I’m able to follow my knowing and feel connected to clarity, instead of being manipulated by noise which can only happen if I’m in fear; it’s so easy to be in fear these days, don’t you think?

Fight or flight creates an interesting shift in the brain causing us to relate to those who disagree with our viewpoint as the “other”, and there are those who want to manipulate others in order to protect themselves.
