VIDEO: Love Your Life, and Stop Sabotaging Your Ability to Thrive!

I cannot even tell you how often I see clients and friends sabotaging their own flight….AND THEY ARE SO CLOSE TO SUCCEEDING!  Man oh man (or woman LOL), I can get my juices riled up when genius unicorns sabotage themselves when they are on the verge of flying……so I decided to share these notes and a video with a vision to assist you or someone you love:

Read about the Monthly Wake-Up Call below, too!

Here are five ways (out of 11) that we get in our own way, as inspired by recent interactions with my guidance clients, talking with staff, and just watching Adam and me on our journey:

* PICKING AN UNPRODUCTIVE AIM FOR OUR LIVES:  We are sold a bill of goods that the programs we take, and the relationships we are in, OUGHT to make us happy all the time. Nope!  Having happiness as your goal is a booby trap (just watch the video below, and you’ll understand why; it’s such a simple shift in perspective).

* AIMING FOR COMFORT INSTEAD OF EXPANSION:  Being attached to your timing versus Universal timing.

* BEING DRIVEN BY THE PAST VERSUS BEING INSPIRED BY A FUTURE:  Having this idea of “needing to prove yourself” running in the background.  In order to prove, you have to do it yourself. Ergo, no room for contribution from your Greater Wisdom.

* PERFECTIONISM:  Needing rationales for decisions instead of learning the language of ‘going direct’ and following your instincts.

* FORCING AND PUSHING, INSTEAD OF LEARNING TO RECEIVE:   Forgetting that enjoying the process, gives you enjoyable outcomes, so if you are not enjoying what you are doing, you can’t possibly enjoy the outcome; it’s physics.

Yes, I know, just writing them does not assist you to embody the shifts. That’s literally why we use advanced metaphysical tools to permanently alter the way you relate to your life so there’s no going back.  But now they are in your consciousness.

THIS VIDEO I DID FOR YOU talks specifically about point #1, and it’s juicy, juicy, juicy. Watch and see if you needed to hear this? When I first started on my journey, I definitely needed to listen to this video …sigh.

Finally, I just want to say, from the deepest place in my heart,  don’t do this alone. Much of my journey was spent trying to prove something, and not making myself vulnerable to others (including the Universe) who might have helped. That is the slow track, but my Ego was stubborn.

WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER:  if you know this video will help someone, please pass it on. And share the link below (where we’ll be exploring all 11 practices to free yourself from self-sabotage), the more the merrier; let’s Awaken this world together! YAY, US!

Should we only do things that ‘feel good’?

Well, you might be surprised to hear me say absolutely not.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not about deliberately forcing ourselves to do things that feel awful.

It’s just that I hear so many people saying… “only do it if it feels good”.

Here’s the issue with that:

Fear does an interesting thing to our brains.

I was listening to a brilliant podcast a few days ago which my husband reminded me about. Although they didn’t talk about this specifically, it struck me how important it is to understand how our brains work. In understanding this, I’m able to follow my knowing and feel connected to clarity, instead of being manipulated by noise which can only happen if I’m in fear; it’s so easy to be in fear these days, don’t you think?

Fight or flight creates an interesting shift in the brain causing us to relate to those who disagree with our viewpoint as the “other”, and there are those who want to manipulate others in order to protect themselves.

The key to thriving is…

The key to thriving is…

A key to thriving is remembering that doing this is actually important.

It’s ‘nothing’.

That’s the thing, doing nothing is doing something.I’m sure you’ve sometimes tried to keep pushing through a project when life is showing you the harder and longer you push, the more unproductive things get, right?

I’m so guilty of feeling invincible or, put another way, stubbornly carrying on instead of being present to what life is showing, or sometimes commanding, me to do.
